BARK OF BEYOND SERVICES

  • I offer positive biased balanced training methods.

  • Every new client has an pre-training assessment, which is usually over an hour. This allows me to see how you and your dog interact, and observe any problem behaviours.

  • During this assessment I try and give you as much advice and practical help as possible.

  • I'll send you an assessment report after this meeting, which will include homework for you to start with your dog.

  • My aim is to help you become a more relaxed, confident and assertive canine leader, to enable you to communicate more effectively with your dog.

  • I want your dog to become better behaved, calmer and more content, so you can enjoy a stress free canine/human relationship

  • My training is more Boot camp than a Yoga session, and is more suitable to working breeds and active outdoor dogs. I also have experience in dealing with larger breeds.

  • Your dogs welfare is my prime concern. That's why I don't use any gimmicky (or cruel) training aids such as prong collars, Haltis, figure of 8's, eCollars (actually illegal in England) or training harnesses.

  • I simply use a slip lead or lead and collar, combined with calm, assertive leadership. I try to show that you don't need expensive gizmo's to train your dog.

  • An animal first aid kit is carried on all sessions

  • I am fully insured with Pet Business Insurance, Plumton Hall, Whepstead, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. IP29 4SU.  Policy AC001315.  If you wish to see my policy documentation, please just ask.
